NIACL AO Vacancy 2024 Out
The NIACL AO Recruitment 2024 requires candidates to have a graduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The minimum marks required in their degree examinations are as follows:

- SC/ST/PwBD candidates: A minimum of 55%

Selection Procedure for NIACL AO Recruitment 2024
The selection procedure for the NIACL AO Recruitment 2024 consists of two phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination is an online Objective Test for 100 marks. It consists of 3 sections, each with separate timings:

Candidates must qualify in each test/section by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company. An adequate number of candidates in each category (approximately 15 times the number of vacancies subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
Phase – II: Main Examination
The Main Examination consists of 200-mark Objective Tests and a 30-mark Descriptive Test. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer the Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after the Objective Test is completed, a Descriptive Test will be administered.

The Objective Test, which will last 2.5 hours, will be as follows. There will be separate timing for every section.

Descriptive Test
The Descriptive Test, which will last 30 minutes and award 30 marks, will be a Test of English Language (Letter writing: 10 marks, essay: 20 marks). It will be conducted online in English.
